Purchasing Principles & Pre-Purchase Instructions
AnimeCardWorld specializes in Trading Card Games (TCG) and collectible blind box products. Due to the unique nature of collectible items, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:
Randomness of Cards and Blind Boxes
Blind Draw Nature: All Booster Packs and sealed blind box products are packaged randomly. Customers cannot choose or know the specific cards, rarity, or figure design they will receive before opening the package.
Rarity and Pull Rates:
For Trading Cards: High-value cards (such as SR, SAR, Gold cards, etc.) are distributed randomly across packs and booster boxes. We do not guarantee that any single pack or box will contain a specific rarity or a particular character.
For Figures/Blind Boxes: If a "Secret" or "Chase" figure is included in a full set, it will randomly replace one of the standard figures. The number of figures per series may vary.
Sealed Integrity: All items are shipped in original, factory-sealed packaging. We cannot guarantee the specific contents or condition of the cards/figures inside.
Important Notes Before Purchase
Version Confirmation: Please verify the language version (e.g., Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese) and the specific series/expansion of the product before completing your purchase.
Manufacturing Standards: Minor imperfections (such as slight corner wear on cards or tiny paint inconsistencies on figures) may occur during the original manufacturing process. These are considered standard and do not qualify as quality defects.
Final Sale Policy: Due to the high price volatility and time-sensitive nature of collectibles, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on "unmet expectations regarding contents" or "change of mind."
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Each card is meticulously packed to ensure it arrives in the condition promised.
Stay Updated: Tracking information will be synchronized to your registered email and your PayPal account (if applicable). You can also track your parcel anytime in the "Order History" section of your account.
Estimated Arrival: Under normal conditions, expect your package to arrive within 10–21 business days. We appreciate your patience as your collectibles make their way across the globe to you!
Cancellation & Address Change Policy
Order Cancellation: Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Address Changes: We do not accept requests to change the shipping address after the order is completed. Please double-check your delivery information before checking out.
Final Sale Policy: Due to the market volatility and the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than major manufacturing defects.
International Shipments: For cross-border orders, returns or exchanges are not supported without a valid legal justification (subjective reasons such as "market price changes" or "unsatisfactory card pulls" are not eligible).
Fees and Taxes
Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping is available on orders reaching a certain amount.
Tax-Inclusive Pricing: In principle, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT) for most destination countries. In most cases, you will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Exceptions for Specific Regions: Please note that due to varying customs regulations, we are unable to provide pre-paid tax services for a small number of countries. In such instances, you are responsible for paying any local government taxes or duties required for customs clearance.
Return Policy for Unpaid Taxes: If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay local taxes or failed to complete customs clearance, the refund amount will be subject to a deduction of the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any other administrative charges incurred.
Types of After-Sales Service
1. Manufacturing Defects
Due to production limitations and partial hand-crafted processes, certain minor imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify as major defects. These include:
For Trading Cards: Minor edge wear from cutting, slight printing lines, or faint indentations from original factory packaging.
For Figures: Slight surface scratches, tiny paint bubbles or overflows, and minor color inconsistencies.
Major defects must be reported with the following information:
Order number
Clear photos or an unboxing video of the defect
Reported within 7 days of receiving the items
2. Mismatched Cards or Accessories
For Trading Cards: If the internal configuration of a sealed product (such as a fixed set) significantly differs from the official manifest.
For Figures: If the identity card inside the blind box does not match the figure received.
Solution: We will refund the amount for the mismatched item, and the mismatched product must be returned.
3. Duplicates in Sealed Display Boxes
If a factory-sealed full display box contains a duplicate figure (for blind boxes) or violates the official guaranteed rarity distribution (for specific card boxes):
We will refund the amount for the duplicate or missing portion.
The duplicate item must be returned in its original condition.
4. Returns
We will generate a return label for the customer to facilitate the return process.
Once the returned item is received and its condition is verified, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Note: If a package is returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay local taxes, all applicable shipping fees, return costs, and administrative charges will be deducted from the refund.

Validity Period: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Applications made after this period will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video (Recommended): Due to the high value and nature of trading cards and collectibles, we strongly advise recording an unboxing video within 2 business days of receipt to avoid potential disputes. The video should clearly include:
The unopened package/box (showing all sides and sealed tape).
The shipping label (ensuring the tracking number is legible).
The overall condition of the parcel and the actual unboxing process.
